Substance Abuse Evaluations may be for personal benefit or referred for a court-ordered LADC evaluation. The tele-health evaluation can usually be completed within two ninety-minute sessions. The document produced is a product of standardized testing results, personal history and, if requested, a family meeting/ letter. The final draft contains any applicable recommendations and will be released only to the client. The only exception is if the client requests, in writing, to have the evaluation shared with a third party.
